​Within Australia we deliver all our orders via Australia - FREE shipping for orders over $100 AUD. If orders are sent before 1pm (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day, it will be sent on that day. We try hard to deliver your order within 2 days but it will be longer if you live in a remote area.

Australia Post Express Post Service, guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post Network. The express post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, residential addresses and private boxes. Delivery outside the network will take place as fast as possible using transport links that are available. If goods are damaged or lost in transit then we will take responsibility for this. This rarely happens and we will deal with Australia Post to sort out any problems. Please notify us for a return of damaged goods or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame.

If you are an international customer then we can send goods to you. You will be charged all postage costs associated with delivery and be responsible for any input duty or sales tax appropriate to you country. The Australian Goods and Services Tax will not be charged to you.

OUT OF STOCK: We will be updating our stock levels on a regular basis but there may be occasions that someone has purchased the same garment that you have ordered at the same time. We also have a shop front that some items will be displayed in. The item that you wanted may have been purchased by a customer in our store before we have had time to update the stock level in the website. If this happens we will notify you within one business day and advise you of the revised delivery time if a re-order is available. If we cannot re-order we will immediately advise you and refund your money.​

Returns & Replacements
We are happy to exchange your product for a credit note on the strict conditions that it is: Within 30 days of purchase. The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Must have all tags still attached. Receipt must be included with the return. Once your return is received at our warehouse you will be issued with a Credit Note Voucher via email, which will allow you to repurchase any item of your choice. We regret that Saddleworld is unable to refund any shipping costs under any circumstance.​
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? Ensure your return meets all of the ‘Return Conditions’ above or your item may be returned to sender. Send your item back to the address below, via a trusted postal method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Signature on delivery is recommended.  Returned products will be assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. You may then be issued with a credit note voucher via email. If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please note credit note vouchers are not redeemable for shipping costs. If items are exchanged more than once you will be charged an $8.00 postage fee, which will be deducted from your credit note. Overseas purchases will be charged postage as charged initially. We cannot take responsibility for selection of wrong sizes. If you are unsure about your size please let us know and we can measure the item in question up for you to avoid this.​
CAN YOU HOLD MY SIZE FOR EXCHANGE? Please note due to the high demand for our product, we are unable to hold sizes for exchange. If you are worried about missing out on your size, or need your item replacement ASAP we recommend purchasing the correct item prior to sending back your return. We will issue you with a credit note voucher once we receive your unwanted item. Please note this amount is unable to be refunded. Saddleworld​ is happy to help you out with a full refund if the product you have purchased is: Significantly different from the description shown If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong size.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
​All our prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). All products are priced at the recommended retail price as set by our brand or label. We are not a discounter but we will have some reduced items to clear to make way for new season stock. So you just might be lucky to grab that garment you have been looking for in the clearance section at a great price.
